  4. How to add Office 365 mailbox to Dropmyemail Backup?

To add your Office365 mailbox to the Dropmyemail Backup service please complete the following steps

  1. Log into the OzHosting.com Control Panel
  2. Select the Business Email – Backup subscription from the drop down list in top right hand corner
  3. Click on “Go to Dropmyemail
  4. If your mailbox apppears in the table, select the mailbox and click “Add to Backup
    1. If your mailbox does not appear in the list simply click on “Add Email Manually” and enter the following details
      • Email Address
      • Email Password
      • Select Office365 Settings

Once your mailbox has been added to the Dropmyemail Backup service a full backup task will commence immediately. Once completed daily backups of your mailbox will commence.
