Dear Valued Customer,

If your Outlook client keeps asking for user name and password after maintenance performed on the 27th November 2012 please follow the steps below.

1. Go to your Account Settings
2. Click on More Settings
3. Click on Connection
4. Click on “Exchange Proxy Settings”
5. In the text field below  ” Only connect to proxy servers that have this principal name in their certificate” type in “”
6. Under “Proxy Authentication Settings” select “Basic Authentication”
6. Click OK
7. Restart Outlook Client
