Steps in provisioning a O365 Sales Order

  1. Log in to partner center or client management to add new customer
  2. Fill up all the account details, subscription details and submit.
  3. Copy and paste their admin credentials before pressing “Done” button.

  4. Create a new ticket via Kayako to send those admin details. Click ticket > New Ticket >Choose Create Ticket “Send as Email” & Create ticket in department “O365 Onboarding Inbox” and press Next.

  5. Click Macro > O365 Onboarding > Choose O365 OB Welcome to Office 365 (Portal Details) Template.

    – Copy the subject
    – Copy the CC details
    – Get the TO: field email via OSA as administrator email
    – Copy and paste customer admin email and password
    – Send the email

  6. Go to OSA to update subscription name ( and go to subscription for customer accounts via billing
  7. Click “Edit” Button
  8. Change Subscription name with this format Office 365 – “Plan type” (, (e.g. from to )
