If Site Builder is showing errors when you attempt to use Dynamic items or just returns errors you may need to change your IIS Settings.

Follow these steps before contacting Support with your issue:

1. Log into the Ozhosting.com Control Panel
2. Click on Manage Website
3. Click on Web Hosting Settings
4. Click on Application Pool Tab
5. Click Edit
6. Change the Pool mode from Integrated to Classic
7. Click Submit

You also need to ensure that the default document order is setup as follows:

1. Click on Manage Website
2. Click on Web Hosting Settings
3. Click on Default Documents Tab
5. Click Edit
